2. Products & delivery

All products sold on SpeedFile are digital goods — templates, reels, prompts, graphics, e-books and similar downloadable content. No physical item is shipped. Downloads are delivered instantly to your account after successful payment (see our Delivery Policy).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information (including a valid email and mobile number) at signup and checkout.

4. License & permitted use

Unless stated otherwise on a specific product page, purchases include a commercial-use license: you may use the files in your own content, client work and business projects. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or share the raw files themselves;
• Claim original authorship of the unmodified files;
• Upload the files to other marketplaces or file-sharing sites.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to change prices and run limited-time offers or coupon codes at any time.

6. Refunds

As these are instant-delivery digital goods, refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes achieved (or not achieved) using our products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
