1. Digital delivery only

SpeedFile (operated by HEMANT ENTERPRISES) sells digital products exclusively. Nothing physical is shipped — no courier, no shipping charges, no delivery address needed.

2. How delivery works

• Complete your payment at checkout using any supported payment method;
• Your download unlocks instantly in your account once payment is confirmed;
• Access it any time from My Account → Order History — downloads never expire (lifetime access).

3. Delivery timelines

Gateway payments (cards / UPI via gateway): delivery is instant after successful payment.

Manual UPI payments (where offered): your order is delivered after payment verification, normally within a few hours and no later than 24 hours.

4. Didn't receive your download?

• Check My Account → Order History — the download is always available there, even if an email went to spam;
• Still stuck? Email speedfilesupport@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll resolve it quickly. If we cannot deliver a paid order, you are covered by our Refund Policy.
