How do I get my files after payment?+
Your download unlocks the moment your payment is confirmed. Go to your account's Order History and open the order to download every file instantly — no waiting, no email required.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We support UPI and major cards/net banking through our secure payment gateway, depending on what's currently enabled at checkout.
Can I use these files commercially?+
Yes. Every product includes a full commercial use license — use it in client work, personal brands, or resale-ready products, with no attribution required, unless a specific product states otherwise.
I didn't receive my download link. What do I do?+
Check Order History in your account first — downloads are always available there even if an email didn't arrive. If it's still missing, contact support and we'll sort it out fast.
Do you offer refunds?+
Since these are instant-download digital products, we generally don't offer refunds once files are downloaded. If a file is corrupted or doesn't match its description, contact support and we'll make it right.
Do downloads expire?+
No. Once purchased, your files stay available in your account's order history for lifetime access — download them again anytime.
How do coupon codes work?+
Enter your code in the cart before checkout. Valid codes apply an instant discount to your order total — either site-wide or on a specific product, depending on the coupon.
Can I become an affiliate and earn commission?+
Yes — apply from the Affiliate page. Once approved, you'll get a referral link/code and earn commission on every sale it brings in.
